2007 Napa Valley Pinot Noir
This wine is garnet colored with aromas of light cocoa and ripe, sweet cherry. Full on the palate, this wine brings great earthy flavors that evolve into a rich and varietally correct Pinot, with bright acidity that flows with juicy sour cherry.
This wine is an excellent choice with smoked Peking duck or duck confit. For lighter fare, it pairs nicely with mixed greens, sun-dried tomatoes, and aged goat cheese salads, or fine, fresh baked breads with aged balsamic vinegar over extra virgin olive oil.
