Dark garnet in color with aromas of mixed berry cobbler, toffee, vanilla, and sweet French oak, our 2007 blend has rich flavors of black currants, cappuccino, tobacco leaf, and Mexican dark chocolate finishing with notes of cedar, clove, and blackberries.

Serve this wine with oven roasted wild mushrooms over fresh fettuccini alfredo studded with sun dried tomatoes; grilled trip tip on a sourdough roll with a roasted red pepper aioli alongside onion rings and a spinach salad; or roasted pheasant stuffed with a wild rice and dried fruit stuffing with a side sautéed beet greens.
